Responsibilities:


Front End HSSE Planning:

  • Development of front-end Implementation strategies and governance and assurance strategies including but not limited to Contractor Management,Risk Management,Health Management and Construction Hazid development.
  • Determination of appropriate fit for purpose front-end HSSE execution application in conjunction with the Technical Safety support.
  • Asset Project Development teams with the development of HSSE specific requirements for PEP (Project Execution Plan) PDP (Project design Premise)
  • Develop appropriate HSSE execution,implementation and contracting strategies aligned with front-end application for both Project Early works and construction execution.
  • Participate and integrate outputs of Design constructability reviews,HAZOPS,Construction and Design Hasids,etc into project specific Construction HSSE Plans
  • Assist Catalog Projects with reviews and revisions to Project HSSE Planning processes,procedures and practices as required.
  • Identify ESSA improvement opportunities for existing HSSE systems and / or processes and develop strategies for improvements
  • Develop / Manage project specific HSSE Interface agreements,SLAs,Brownfield strategy (where applicable)
  • Participate and in some cases lead development of HSSE in Transition planning
  • Tight and changing time lines develop project specific HSSE Planning assurance process and schedule. Conduct Process and Planning assurance reviews and report out to Project Construction Management team
  • Provide periodic assurance validations per governance strategy
  • Develop and conduct perception surreys and gap analysis of HSSE Program effectiveness and report out to Project Exaction.
    Organization
  • Participate in Projects HSSE Cold Eyes reviews as applicable



Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Sciences or engineering with 2 to 3 years of work experience in strategic planning or a minimum 5 years HSSE systems development experience in Operations or Construction project HSSE System development or implementation
  • Individual must be strategic focused able to work on complex systems, has working knowledge of Construction execution, Operations and project technical aspects of HSSE planning and system implementation.
