The use of any automated equipment to participate in this Promotion is prohibited. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a Ballot, the Ballot will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. You may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the you are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected Ballot. Participants are required to provide truthful and accurate information in all contest Ballots and Sponsor will disqualify any Ballot that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be false or fraudulent. All Ballot data becomes the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned, or used for additional purposes unless otherwise stated.

Only one Ballot is permitted per household or email address. Multiple Ballots from the same electronic address will void all Ballots from that person or electronic address.

5. Selection of Winner: Your completed Ballot will be aggregated with all other completed Ballots submitted online by the Promotion End Date. A random draw from all fully completed and submitted Ballots will occur on December 2, 2006 at Sponsor’s head office at 610 Wilkins Street, London, Ontario, N6C 4Z4. The person whose fully completed Ballot is first drawn from all completed submitted Ballots (“Winning Ballot”) must then correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, and sign the Declaration, Release and Discharge form attached, to receive the Prize (a “Winning Participant”). If all conditions to receive the Prize are not completely satisfied, a further random draw will occur to determine a further potential winner, until a Winning Participant is determined, to whom the Prize will then be awarded.

6. Chances of Winning: Chances of winning depend on the number of completed Ballots submitted online before the Promotion End Date which will all be entered in the random draw on December 2, 2006. A participant with a Winning Ballot will be eligible, on satisfying all applicable Rules to receive the Prize. All Ballots are subject to verification and are void if faulty, altered, or tampered with in any way.
