Designed for university or college graduates, this program provides graduates with functional knowledge in core areas of human resources: recruitment and selection, training and development, human resources planning, occupational health and safety, organizational behaviour, finance and accounting, human resources management, compensation and benefits, and labour relations.

Beyond the core curriculum, the program also offers courses in human resources information systems (HRIS), Canadian employment law, management of strategic HR projects, and professional communications. 

A unique experiential learning opportunity is available to select students through the HR Community Consultancy offered in the final semester of the program.

Human Resources Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program, completed in two four-month semesters (laptop required).
