Responsible for the support, creation, preparation, and distribution of all financial and project management reporting and analysis requirements. Requires project administration including reporting, project tracking, vendor coordination and follow-up with project team members regarding administrative and operational issues on all projects.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Develops, provides input, produces, and delivers Monthly invoices, as well as Monthly Invoice Reconciliations for Design and Construction Service Projects.
Develops, produces, and delivers Monthly Activity and Tracking Reports for Design and Construction projects, as well as working with the Real Estate Account team to create the Monthly Project Dashboard and report.
Develops, manages, produces, and delivers Sequentra reports.
Coordinates with client organizations to ensure that the smooth transfer of financial and operational data is accomplished.
Tracks and communicates the financial and scheduling condition of Design and Construction projects.
Acts as a point of contact with internal customers, contractors, vendors and consultants on financial and scheduling matters concerning Design and Construction projects.
Establishes communication structures with Design and Construction Services to assure that reporting requirements are met and will develop liaisons with the client organizations to continually monitor and respond to their reporting requirements.
Develops ad hoc project analysis and project update reports on an as needed basis.
Provides administrative support to the Design and Construction Services team.
Assists project managers in the on time, on budget delivery of retail and corporate construction projects.
Serves as the assistant project manager on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, and or Interior Design/Architecture preferred. 2 or more years experience in basic financial analysis and basic financial modeling. Strong project management, reporting, and implementation skills. Complete understanding of construction processes and practices. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be self-motivated and well-developed interpersonal, relational, and effective presentation skills. Strong organizational, time management and process management skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to create project schedules, write meeting minutes, and maintain complete project files. Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications with a strong emphasis on spreadsheet analysis.
