Responsible for managing the delivery of the Process Safety Management (PSM) program, including compliance with the OSHA 14 program element of the program. Provides project management support for special projects. Communicates with client and O&M team on all issues concerning execution of the contract.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
Responsible for managing the delivery of the Process Safety Management (PSM) program, including at a minimum, compliance with OSHA 14 program elements and supporting documentation (company records) to verify compliance with the standard.
Responsible for delivery of Process Safety Management (PSM) Awareness training (initial and refersher) to all employees and ensure proper documentation consistent with local, state and federal requireements.
Responsible for managing the site PDM program which will include oil analysis, vibration analysis, eddy current testing, thermography and equipment performance.
Provides project management support for special projects.
Communicates with client and other facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our opportunity to secure "contract extras".
Provides regular management reports as requested by the O&M team and the client.
May be required to be on call 24/7 to provide telephone assistance as well as emergency response to the facility.
Ensures compliance to all city, state, and federal license and certification requirements. Maintains and submits all records and documents to proper authorities.
Reviews all work and assures performance in accordance with established safety procedures.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience. Five or more years experience in operations and maintenance with two to three years actual working experience in Industrial ammTtonia refrigeration systems. Working knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plans along with other regulatory requirements. Process Safety Management (PSM) certification required. Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Demonstrated leadership abilities. Able to manage and train entry-level personnel. Able to deal with customers and others at all levels. Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies. Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
